Call for Supporters

High-performance computing (HPC) plays a crucial role in tackling large and complex problems in science, engineering, and business by employing efficient algorithms, applications, systems, and software for massively parallel and distributed computing systems. The International Conference on High Performance Computing in the Asia-Pacific Region (HPC Asia) has established itself as a premier forum for researchers and professionals to exchange ideas and nurture innovation across all aspects of high-performance computing systems and applications. Recently, it was held in Nagoya, Japan (2024).

We will be holding the next conference, HPC Asia 2025, in Hsinchu, Taiwan. We are currently inviting corporate supporters to support HPC Asia 2025.

4. Supportership Application Process

To apply for supportership at HPCAsia2025, please contact to the conference exhibition chair by email.
Application deadline: December 15, 2024
* If the maximum number is reached, the application will be closed early.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

A cancellation is only granted in exceptional circumstances. If a cancellation is granted, the supportership fee may be refunded as follows:

On or before December 31,2024: the Supporter will receive a full refund of the supportership fee.

January 1- January 31, 2025: the Supporter will receive a 50% refund of the supportership fee.

On and after January 31, 2025: No refunds will be issued for any reason.
